The property was in an excellent location, convenient for exploring on foot, and the space was quiet and comfortable overall. However, the check-in process was confusing, and it took nearly two hours to reach customer service after arriving. When we finally got through, we spoke with someone at a different hotel who helped us arrange luggage storage. There was also someone on-site who was pleasant and helpful, though not always available. Our biggest concern was the bathroom, which had significant mold on the ceiling and floors near the shower, along with corrosion and deterioration around the sink, doors, and table. The mold smell was so strong that we had to keep the bathroom door closed throughout the night. Since we were only staying two nights and mostly returned to sleep, we decided to stay. While the location was excellent, the bathroom conditions and overall maintenance definitely need attention.

The AC would be my only issue, the one AC unit for the whole apartment and so I had to keep the bedroom door open since the AC was in the hall facing it and my so my son who slept in the living room didn’t get much AC. We were in the 3rd floor and the bar is in the 4th, there was a soccer game they had won and they were celebrating while we were trying to sleep… good location.

The location was very central to all sights and the apartment itself was relatively spacious and clean. We had a one bedroom unit for 3 nights. Our check in experience was appalling with no one on reception and nobody answering the telephone number given at booking. It took over 2 hours of messaging and ringing before we finally got access. Our room was EXTREMELY noisy being next to a stairwell that is used by people accessing the very popular rooftop bar that is open to the public. Stay away!

The accommodation has a lot of humidity and black mold. All our clothes smelled of mold after only 2 nights. The location is nice and staff was friendly and quick to reply, but i would not choose this location for a longer stau due to the mold - especially while travelling with small kids.

Best place I’ve stayed in Malaga

Very easy, friendly and efficient reception. Spacious, clean, bright and comfortable apartment. Great to have a very tasty free mojito on the lovely roof terrace bar. Would highly recommended a stay here as it is very close to everything you would want to see and do in Malaga, but tucked away from all the bustle.
