The hotel was centrally located and all major attractions were walkable. The nightlife right in front of the hotel is very loud at night so if you’re stuck with a room towards the front, expect the noise level to be elevated late into the evening.

The rooftop bar and location were the two good things about this hotel. The staff on reception were not particularly helpful when we found that there were no cups in the room and only one glass. The air conditioning was very poor and there was no controller for the ceiling fan. The general areas of the hotel were quite dirty and it seemed tired and in need of a refresh. For the price paid I would have expected the ‘premium’ room to have a coffee maker and to just be a little nicer. It seemed very basic.

We had a great stay at the Alcazaba Premium Hotel. Fantastic central location and a brilliant rooftop bar with amazing views of the Alcazaba castle. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful, and the team at breakfast were lovely. A really enjoyable stay and we would happily return.

Our stay was comfortable. The hotel is in a good location but as our room was on the first floor, facing the street, it was somewhat noisy in the evening. However, after midnight it was very quiet. Breakfast was upstairs in a room with interesting views. We had a good breakfast, very tasty and convient.

Lovely location, terrace is wonderful. All staff very pleasant. Unfortunately, there is building work behind the hotel so we requested a room change due to noise, which was completed promptly by the great receptionist. Overall its a great choice for a central stay, would stay agsin.
