The location of this hotel to Little India, China town, the river and street restaurants make it the perfect place to stay for a few days. The very spacious room, friendly staff, big buffey daily breakfast as well as the 2 ale cart rrstaurant complimented this accommodation to a high level.

Great value for money

This is, in the whole, a lovely property which gives excellent value for money. All staff are friendly, enthusiastic and kind. It is within walking distance of the center of Malacca, has several eating options on site as well as convenience stores and a restaurant very close by. The only thing to be aware of is that the room (especially the bathroom) is a bit tired and the bathroom was not wiped over daily as part of room servicing. Still an excellent option for the price and i would happily stay there again.

Good budget hotel

Budget hotel good for the price and location. The King bed room had a musky smell (which was strange considering the hotel had supposedly undergone renovation back around 2019) so I asked to change to another room but reception could only find a twin single still available (due to CNY season). I checked and accepted since it did not have that musky smell

Great and enjoyable atay!

The room was large and bed was comfortable. The staff from the reception even rang us up in our room to check if the room was fine. They also told us to inform them if anything wlse was needed.

Ok but could have been better

Room was reasonably clean but furnishing were old, rotting and in need of upgrading. Room main doors without dampers and causing it to slam loudly due to pressure differential. Hotel booking indicated charges included tax and fees but was charged additionally on checkin for 'Tourism & Heritage Tax' at RM$12 per day.

Good budget hotel

Apparently this hotel was renovated around 2019 so the condition was still quite good. Duty manager upgraded me from supreme to deluxe which had additional features i.e. bathtub and carpet with good view of Melaka city. For the price, this was really good value. Location was good too

The reception staff greeted me with a warm smile and were very helpful with any requests I had. The hotel is conveniently located near Jonker Street. However, some of the hotel facilities, such as the lift and the gym on level 1, appear to be quite old.
