I have booked for 2 Apartment with 2Bedroom and was given 1 Apartment only. The excuse they gave was unable to get the contact for other person, when both our names and mobile was indicated in the online form before check-in to them. We had to squeeze 8 Adult in 2Bedroom instead of 4Bedroom. Tried to ask refund for the missing apartment but was decline just like that.
