I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.

The staff members were very friendly, especially the male receptionist during night shift and the concierge named Fahim. The rooms were always left super clean, stutter/bus service was on time, although the driver sometimes came 2 minutes before departure time. The breakfast service was good, healthy options available.
