Below standard

Management was messy and clueless. Cleanliness was below standard. For the money paid, I am not asking for a great experience but it should be a little better.

They don’t clean the room, they toilet was broken, AC making noise, shower out of water pressure, also we already paid off hotel rooms before we arrived but after 3 days later management send their staff middle of the night for asking about payment.

This is such a dirty hotel, the bathroom smells so bad to the point we used to go to the mall for bathroom. And the flush doesn’t work. The rooms are bad and overall the bathroom is a disaster there. Would not recommend it to anyone
