Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I have the reservation, but when I arrived there, they told me they don’t have a reservation. I also they could not respect my inquiry about to meet the manager to address my concerns. Nevertheless the manager could not provide to them any directive to them. Like everybody was just ignore me. Nobody explained to me why they want to honor the revolution. I met more travelers at lobby who also said that their reservation has been ripped off.
