Our stay was AMAZINGGG! 10000/10 from the clean rooms to the extremely hospitable staff to an array of amenities - my husband and I loved it here! We’re so sad to be leaving! The hotel is very clean and well maintained to a high standard. All of the staff are very polite and went the extra mile to make your stay that bit more enjoyable. Everything I had at the restaurants are on the lines of a 5 Star restaurant, so I was completely surprised by the standards, I enjoyed every single meal I had! I would highly recommend SUNRISE Tucana Resort -Grand Select- if your visiting Hurghada!

A stunning hotel we will be returning to. Compared to other all inclusive hotels we have stayed at, especially in Egypt, this is by far the best. Everything was modern, clean and the staff were really helpful and attentive. We liked that all the restaurants were a la carte as opposed to buffet but would not recommend the restaurants at the sister hotel as they are clearly a much lower standard and we did not have good meals there. The food is still quite average but as far as all inclusive options go we found it fine. All of the facilities at the hotel were good but entertainment, particularly the music in the upstairs bar could have gone on later into the evening, we found everything closed up by 10:30ish. Overall we would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for another relaxing holiday.

Good hotel, nice beach. Good restaurants and the personnel offer a good service to satisfy their clients. Minor items on the downside: seat reservations on the beach is "not allowed", however by 7h30am all front rows are reserved by towels with people showing up only around noon; pity they allow this after all. We were offered a discount on the chargeable restaurant, however on checkout full amount was applied. "you should have told it earlier"... I avoid unnecessary discussions on my holidays, but it's a pity I need to write this in my review after all...

A great hotel and resort to be honest - just shy of a 10/10 to me. Great for a family trip - huge territory, a very nice beach, a selection of pools, plenty of restaurants. Staff is generally proactive and reachable, friendly. All of the facilities in the Tucana part are very new and in great shape. Perhaps just 2 things that come to mind in terms of potential improvement - food could be a bit more consistent in terms of quality (and ideally an open buffet option in Tucana would be very helpful for those vacationing with kids/toddlers) and WiFi in the area could be better. Otherwise - great value vacation and highly recommended, will consider coming back here

This property has been the best I’ve stayed in so far! The atheistics is fabulous, the landscape beautiful and the beach clean! And maintained throughout the day. I cannot fault the service and the hospitality- all questions answered and catered to. The animation team are great and friendly , the waiters and assistants consistently on point with requests. Pools clean and family friend ability to use the sister resorts more family oriented amenities. Note: not a negative but definitely something to be aware of. The coffee isn’t perfect the food is lovely, but what you expect something to be isn’t always the case, there’s always a slight twist - be specific with your requests Otherwise 10/10 end to end experience all the way to the airport service.

A real luxury home away from home. Two floors with terraces, swimming pools or gardens, surrounded by colourful flowers and palms. Perfect for couples but also for Family with small children or traveling solo. The rooms are clean, large, full of windows and very well illuminated in the evening. Bottles of water are provided everyday. The numerous members of staff are busy taking care of everything to ensure that guests have the best experience. From the Reception to the many Bars and Restaurants, Gardeners, Security and for sure a lot of people that works behind the scenes. There is so much to see and so much to do that it took me few hours to understand where to start. It is huge and even if it could be at its full capacity, it gives its guests a lot of privacy. Every evening there is some entertainment. Lunches and Dinners are exceptional and the All Inclusive a la carte works very well in my opinion. I absolutely recommend the Sunrise Tucana Resort.
