This is an excellent property. Staff outstanding, food delicious and so much to choose from. Pools clean, 1 heated pool ( childrens pool) beach always has chairs, wait staff as well as nice swimming and snorkeling

I really enjoyed not only the hotel itself and great food (a lot of choice, fruits and vegetables and amazing live cooking), but the most - the team! Very polite, gentile, caring and always in the best mood spreading the smile and great mood around. Special thanks to the animation team - Alberto and Johny - you are rocking guys! I have only good things to say about this property. I am a frequent traveler and have visited many many countries over the years. Jaz complex is five stars all over. Service is amazing, the food is top quality and varied there is plenty of choices for everyone. The staff goes beyond their duties to make sure your stay surpassed expectations. The hotel is beautiful perfect for kids. And the value for money is one of the best I’ve seen

A beautiful property located on the beach in a gated safe community. Great staff who were fun to be around with excellent service! Food diversity and quality needs improving and the hotel needs a concierge who can recommend outside activities and tours in the area outside the hotel. Shuttle service to Hurghada city was not running at the time of our stay and the nightclub was under renovations which was disappointing but overall I was very pleased with this hotel. Great value here!

Didn’t like: Lots of staff everywhere speaking on their phones or being quite loud. Very cramped beach. Cut the beautifully green grass too short so it turned all brown… Liked: Very clean. Beautiful garden. The temperature of the heated pool. The beach walk promenade of makadi bay was also nice.

The rooms, restaurant, beach and Bars were always clean and the employees were very courteous. We are really enjoyed snorkeling. We went to the beach every day and enjoyed the sun. The reception was very disinterested in us, there was no open welcome like from other employees of the house. No one at the reception was interested in complaints about the noise from the pool. During the stay I contacted Expedia about the problem with the noise. If I'm sitting at lunch and there's flexing 10 meters away, I find that very questionable. I would go there again but nobody interested.

Ein gepflegtes, relativ kleines Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Daher kurze Wege, auch zur Tauschschule und dem Shuttle Bus zum Aqua Park. Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker und hat keinerlei Magenprobleme bereitet. Alles in allem Sehr zu empfehlen.
