Hotel is close to the main station. Room is clean. Perfect. Reception staffs are kind and welcoming. They explained relevant information very well. Breakfast staffs are amazing. Nice breakfast options. The Eco De initiative is good. The public bath is clean and relaxing. Offering a safe box in the room would be useful. Thank you for the good stay.

Great stay

I usually take a bath and relax whenever I walk a lot. And usually I have to wash the bath tub before I use. But in this hotel, it was so clean that I just had to spray it. Also we got a fabulous breakfast. So many dishes to choose from. Staff are very friendly and a great service.We def stay in this hotel again!

利用させて頂いた時間が普段の旅行と違い、夜間仕事での利用でしたので、ご迷惑をお掛けした部分もあるかと思いますが、利用しやすい環境でした。コンビニが近くなかったので少し不便ではありましたが、何不自由無く過ごさせて頂きました。有難うございました。

お部屋も清潔で広さもあり 大浴場も広く、朝食も種類たくさんで満足しました。 ただ、朝食会場がかなり座席数ありますが、 座る場所を探すのに困りました。 2人グループで4人テーブルを使っていたりと。 せめて3人以上の方専用と案内をつけてもらえるともう少し混雑を緩和できるのでは。と思いました。もしくはチェックイン時に時間指定をしてもらえると良いと思います。

立地に関しては西舞鶴駅からスーツケース転がしながら歩いても全く問題ないくらい近いです。 ホテルの外観およびフロントは非常に綺麗で受付も問題なくスムーズに行われました。部屋に移動する際エレベーター前に靴磨きコーナーがあるのが個人的にはすごく助かりました。 ホテルの部屋は新しいこともあるのかものすごく綺麗で、ベッドの他にテーブルと小さいソファがある点が快適でした。 また、大浴場に関しても綺麗に掃除されており人も少なかったせいか一人でゆっくりと浸かることができました。 ビュッフェ形式のバイキングは西舞鶴ゆかりのかまぼこなどもあり美味しかったです。ビュッフェ会場は夜はレストランになるようでそこでカツカレーや刺身なども食べることができるようです。 京都ではカプセルホテルですら二万円近くの値段になってしまいますが、このホテルに7000円程度で泊まれることは非常にコスパが良く感じます。 総じておすすめのホテルでした。
