Apartments are of a generous size if basic. Fridge and microwave were old and in poor condition. Parking was underground entry via a buzzer and ticket system exit via a token!

Great hotel that was very clean with great staff.

The staff at Simon Verde were incredible and very helpful! The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and close to many restaurants. It is a little outdated but the affordable price definitely made up for that. The only suggestion I would have is that the rooms have some type of coffee maker or tea kettle to make coffee or tea. There was a machine at the front desk but the price was a little high for the small cups provide. The staff was incredibly nice and we enjoyed our stay here very much.

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. Pensábamos que estaba más cerca de Sevilla y cada viaje en taxi nos costaba 25€ (nos hubiera rentado coger un hotel en Sevilla. La habitación adaptada con muy poca luz, la habitación y el teléfono no iba (la televisión nos la arreglaron al momento). Los recepcionistas muy majos eso sí y la habitación limpia.
