Wow! This hotel was wonderful. We had a horrible stay the night before in Cologne and arrived via train quite early so we could visit the Christmas markets. It was raining and we were tired. Upon arrival, we had only intended to drop off our bags but, to our surprise, both of our rooms were ready early so we were able to check in! The rooms were fabulous and had everything you could have wanted. The staff was wonderful. The property was beautiful. Could not more highly recommend staying here.

Our family of four stayed just one night in this hotel before continuing our holiday, travelling through Germany. Great staff and lovely hotel!

We had a great stay with such friendly and helpful people. They went out of their way to make sure that our room was ready early, which was so kind. We needed it early to make it to a wedding. Very professional and nice. It's within walking distance from the train station and downtown. We loved their pool/sauna area. Our only mild complaint was that the pool is quite small and the hot tub was not working. We would still highly recommend Novotel!
