We were there for OC Jeep Week. So we mostly were there to sleep and shower. Lol Very clean, very comfortable, everything was beautiful including the grounds. Kids loved the pool. We never got to have breakfast because we were out the door around 630 each morning and it wasnt ready yet but we've been to Mainstays before and loved the breakfasts. We would stay again without question.

We stayed at this hotel over the Memorial Day weekend. Check-in was straightforward, but the room had an electric stove that was difficult to use, and the microwave had chipped in and out. The maintenance guy brought in a used microwave, but it didn’t work either because the door was broken. The room also only had one means of egress which was odd because it had a kitchen with no ventilation. It felt like a death trap. At one point we needed four towels, but they only gave us three, and if we wanted more, we had to go to the front desk. Meanwhile we booked for 4 ppl. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The employee was strict and constantly scolded the customers, telling them that breakfast ends at 9:30 AM and no later. She would even block people from entering the room after that time. They also gave us a joined room where the neighbors were so loud I had to call the front desk. I don’t think giving two separate families a joined room was the best option. When asked to change the room they said they were full. Outside of this the beds were okay, and the TV entertainment was good.

Staff was nice. Room was very dated and had a very strange smell. The TV was barely attached to the wall - didn’t dare try to move it for fear of it falling off. Wishing I would have picked the Comfort Suites - those rooms were so much nicer (this location has both Comfort and Mainstay). The Mainstay rooms - eh - wouldn’t stay again. Location is decent - close to everything. Breakfast was ok - except for the coffee - absolutely awful. Drove over to Dunkin the second day. Overall, I’d probably pick somewhere else the next time I’m in OCMD.
