The place was awesome—clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My only complaint was the noise from the street. The windows didn’t block the sound very well, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall, a great place, butter I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Convenient and walkable to downtown. One workable elevator made it challenging and a line waiting to go up/down during breakfast hours. Valet service prompt and polite. Breakfast area clean and typical items, nothing over the top.

The unit was great. The kitchen and it's utensils are excellent.
The turntable record player gives a classic wonderful back in time.
We would suggest more soaking towels under the sink. And keep the corner of the rug not in the living room not slippery.
Other than that it was a wonderfully clean and high end place to stay close to the Old Port.

We (two girlfriends traveling together) were rather alarmed by the sketchy neighborhood at first... but ended up ok with it in the end. We did enjoy browsing the nearby Antiques mall... and enjoyed the local Thai restaurant and the next door bar/ cafe Bread & Olive. You are 1.5 miles away from the Portland that any visitor would like to see.
The room was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it was, and the level of service. Our original room was up about 4 flights of zig-zag and narrow stairs, no elevator. It would have been impossible to get our bags up all those stairs by ourselves, and the two men at the front desk offered no help.
We were grateful there was another room on ground floor which we checked into. Picture plastic cups, tired curtains, cheap towels and bathroom amenities, questionable carpet... Motel 6 vibe... not $477/ room night.
The hotel staff were nice enough, they tried. Internet was out the first night... they were unsure why. Included breakfast was ok; they tried. It was all very C-level; again, not $477 per night. Had we paid $250/ night... ok then. Instead, I feel ripped off.
