The guys at reception were very accommodating, check in is at 15:00, which was late for us as we had to be at a wedding in a nearby venue by 16:00. I explained this to the guys at reception who managed to check if on by 13:00, which meant we were able to get ready leisurely, and have lunch before we left

Well located close to the M20 and nearby Bearsted village, which is really picturesque. Wifi was really slow for me which was a bit of a pain. Room was lovely - ground floor with a small terrace onto the golf course. Leisure facilities are good. Cafe is a nice place to work.

The staff were great; helpful, courteous, professional & the best thing about the hotel. Although the hotel had a bit of a refurb just a few years ago, it was more style over substance (& it’s not that stylish!) Every stay the air con has been ineffective, this time the carpet around the unit was wet, the filter was dirty & the air it was kicking out was only marginally cooler than the outside. The WiFi is usually poor and this stay it was intermittent at best, IF able to get a connection then very slow.
