This is a historic inn on a pilgrim’s route. It is not a modern, high rise hotel. Don’t let those expectations diminish your experience here. The rooms are quite large and very clean. The beds are comfortable. There are not a lot of frills and extras here yet that is not what this inn is about. Be aware that the inn is not in town. There is a rather narrow road going to the inn. Good, free parking. The breakfast is basic. The pub area is super cool and historic - not sure how good the food is - we didn’t eat lunch or dinner there. This was a good, reasonably priced stop. Don’t expect a high end hotel.

Handy stop off on our way to Le Shuttle. We’ve stayed before and love the pub. Lovely beer garden, great staff and delicious food. Room for three of us was adequate but smell of drains in the bathroom was not nice unfortunately

Very good experience overall. The staff were very helpful, for example providing a fridge for our baby's milk and helping sterilise his dummies. We had dinner in the lovely historic pub, very nice food. Would definitely stay here again.
