Great location for Legoland, city centre and motorway. Room was cleanand comfortable, great breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Overall good value, but internet is a tad slow and there is no free hotel parking as wrongly shown on Expedia. There is a council car park, free from 9pm to 9am, easy to find space, but need to be careful with timings

This property feels neglected. I witnessed a business break-in and fleeing criminals on the street at 8pm beside the property so the area felt unsafe. Dirty room carpets and the bathroom felt grimy. At one point all the room cards stopped working, triggering a long queue and wait for guests who could not access their rooms. Pricing is affordable but I would stay elsewhere and pay more next time I'm in Maidenhead.

room is clean but has a strange smell; biggest problem is internet. I come on a business trip and the hotel's internet is the weakest I have seen in the past 10 years, most likely by intention, because it also offers a normal speed with extra fee.

Top personeel! Goed bed. Goed ontbijt. Maar de hoeveelheid handdoeken die standaard worden geleverd is aan de lage kant - je moet zelf vragen om meer of schone handdoeken of dat je je kamer tussentijds schoon wilt laten maken. Fijner zou zijn als het hotel dit standaard dagelijks checkt.
