Decent affordable accommodations

I’ve stayed here before and probably will again. The location is convenient enough when I’m visiting NYC or NJ and don’t want to drive home. The hotel isn’t exactly the most modern but it isn’t too outdated. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, and it was affordable.

We liked the location and the firepit in the courtyard. However, didn’t like the entryway nearest our room did not always let us in with room key. Also, the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this property, looked dirty and filter wasn’t on during the afternoon.

The reason we chose this hotel was the pool and due to lack of maintenance it was closed so we cut our stay short. The front desk and the staff were excellent and the bistro food was good and reasonably priced.
