Terrible experience with one of the bartenders name Jason the very first day we checked in. After serving two drinks, he didn't want to serve us anymore. He asked me to see my wife before he serve us the additional drinks. That was VERY EMBARRASSING.
This was supposed to be the start of a great 32nd anniversary but it failed across the board. Food was horrible, leaky roof in our room, conceirge rarely answered, Food service extremely complicated due to an apparent highly contagious virus. Bad!
Well i am not coming back. There was a stomach viruse in the island and we were sick for two day. Hotel did not care. No one warned us.
The location was great. We were able to see the airport and watch the "jet blasts" right from our resort. It was always entertaining.
