“El hotel tiene los standards de la Cadena Holiday Inn. Para hacer el Check in tardaron más de 15 min. Nadie indicó cómo ir a los ascensores, al llegar a la habitación la llave no funcionaba , luego la habitación tenía dos camas ( pedida una ) al decirlo alegaron que no había , al insistir resulta que si había y nos cambiaron . Gracias al empleado que traía las maletas fue todo más llevadero ( fue el único con empatía y simpatía ) . Cenamos en el Hotel, tardaron más de 40 min . En traernos una...
