The only problem we had was a sink that was clogged in the bathroom. We mentioned it at the front desk and within minutes someone had come to the room and fixed the problem. Otherwise, the room was clean, the coffee machine worked well and the staff were friendly. We've stayed there 3 times, and were always happy.

I absolutely loved it. Great location, extremely clean. I did have an issue with the room I booked and the one I received. I was to have a mountain view and the staff would not honour that. However, Expedia reacted to my problem immediately upon my getting in touch and the issue was resolved within the hour. THANKS Expedia. That was incredible service on your part!

Very well situated and accessible to shops and restaurants by foot. There is also a free outdoor parking. Handicap access with ramp and elevator. Front desk however was not always attended by a clerk/employee.
