“Everything was excellent! The check-in process was smooth- the lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. We slept through breakfast so I can't say much about it other than they do provide a breakfast. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall we're very pleased and we'll stay here again, next year.”

“The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve.”
