“Such a clean room with lovely fluffy towels. Only had a very limited selection on TV. Foxtel only. The room was small for the price.”

“The superior queen room was comfortable and clean. The water pressure and hot water was good. The bed was huge ( looked like a king is was so vast) and comfortable and we were warm even though the weather was cool ( winter). We had a partial southwest view of the lake which was lovely at sunset. No disturbances from corridor noise on the 4th floor even though it was a Friday and Saturday night. The Tesla charger didn’t fit our new EV which was disappointing however there were NRMA chargers...

“Loved everything about Mingara. The accommodation was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had undercover security parking which is a big plus for me. The Mingara club experience was excellent also. We had breakfast and dinner there. Service each morning for breakfast was very good and the food was very nice. It was very crowded at 6pm for dinner and the lines to the bar were long. That wasn't so good. We also took our three grandchildren (3, 5 & 9) took the Mingara...

“Smelled very strong of cigarettes. Bathroom mouldy and and floor sticky. Didn’t want to be in there with without shoes on. Pubes/hair in bed. Vanity falling apart. Felt unsafe. Very noisy and many people all walking around inside apartment area. Signage not great. Old hotel name still on the door to entrance. Random wood covering man hole - who else could access our room? Left early and receptionist replied “sorry you felt that way””

“We enjoyed a lot the experience in this apartment. The price was a little high, but its a high quality place. The swimming pool was wonderful and the jacuzzi for free use. We were 3 nights and we would repeat again.”
