Newly renovated. Staff told us our rooms were newly renovated however they weren’t. Still nice though but bathrooms could be taken with more care. For example in one room the tap made a hammer sound and the plantation shutters were in a horrible state. Worn out and some slats were broken.

I was expecting luxury, clean villa but it was so run down, decor, lounge, dining dirty and dusty, tap was running. It needs a lot of TLC. Definitely not worth the rate they charge for each night. Glad we booked for the 1 night and not 5 as we planned.

Really enjoyed our 4 night stay in 3 bed villa at Pullman Magenta Shores. Highlight were the facilities; pools, gym, sauna, tennis courts and restaurant all great! Family friendly resort. Beds in the Villa were on wheels; apart from the master bed, the remaining beds were uncomfortable (moved if you rolled in your sleep) and tilted to one side if you had some weight on them. Daily room service for villas not included but could be requested for an extra fee. Would suggest that a towel renewal service (kitchen towels and bath towels) be included at least every second day; towels were not changed throughout our 4 night stay.
