Booked the suite which was brilliant. Huge space, fantastic bathroom and very comfortable. Only draw back on our first day was no buffet breakfast as only 5 guests staying at the hotel. We were offered a served breakfast at our table which was fine but with no menu available it was hard finding out what was actually available and it then arrived in the wrong order.

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. Shortly after I arrived, a staff member entered my room to refill the minibar without knocking first. As a woman traveling alone, this was deeply unsettling and made me feel unsafe. Respecting a guest’s privacy and ensuring proper security procedures should be a basic standard. Later that evening, the night staff completely changed the tone of my experience. They were incredibly kind, courteous, and even lent me a charger for the night, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the initial incident overshadowed the rest of my stay. While I am grateful for the professionalism of the night team, I left with a poor impression of the hotel’s safety standards. Because of this experience, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others.

This property is the quintessential French countryside chateau with a castle. The grounds were impeccable. The staff were exceedingly attentive and helpful. Paul was especially helpful to my family and I who were visiting Europe for the first time. The rooms were pricy but it was during the Olympics. The rooms were similar to a motel 6, but the bed was very comfortable and the beauty of the property FAR outweighed the quality of the rooms. The restaurant in the castle was magnificent!

The pictures of the hotel where taken probably like 5 years ago when the hotel looked like it had been painted and was tidy. Hotel had missing tiles and broken flooring as well as a bit messy and weird damp smell. Our room a supiorior room was cramped for a family of 4 and the TV didn't work and the rooms had a damp musky smell. The indoor pool was reezing and the floor was very slippery and dangerous. The room that served breakfast was filled with flies and the staff were oblivious. Was quite pleased we only stayed 1 night,

Hôtel agréable à deux pas de Paris idéal en famille. Les jardins sont magnifiques. Nous avions une suite dans le bâtiment situé à 100 m du bâtiment principal, la chambre était belle et spacieuse, mis à part la déco un peu froide de la salle de bains. Petit déjeuner assez sommaire. La piscine intérieure est accessible aux enfants ce qui était un gros plus pour nous, mais ne choisissez pas cet hotel si vous recherchez quiétude et romantisme ! l’accès aux infrastructures se fait par carte donc impossible d’y aller après votre check out.

La partie château est très agréable. En revanche, la bâtiment où sont les chambres est différent, les chambres ne sont pas dignes d’un 4 étoiles (équipement, isolation du bruit, salle de bain presque vétuste). De plus, nous n’avons quasiment pas dormi de la nuit à cause de nuisance sonore à l’étage, et ce malgré nos nombreuses plaintes à la réception dans la nuit.

Piscine dans un beau parc, mais trop de monde ! En septembre, chambre climatisée à fond à notre arrivée, alors qu'il fait 24C l'après-midi. A noter, couette peu agréable (synthétique ?) qui fait qu'avec 20C dans la chambre, on a déjà trop chaud... Réception débordée à 15h30

Nous sommes des habitués et avons aprécié ce nouveau séjour au château de Maffliers. Le personnel a été aux petits soins et a fait son maximum pour rendre notre séjour agréable, y compris en paliant au mieux la rupture de stock du room-service. Nous reviendrons.

Une chose est certaine, plus jamais !! Un personnel incompétent, très souvent absent, une climatisation qui n’a pas fonctionné du séjour, un technicien qui n’est jamais venu, les femmes de ménage qui rentrent dans la chambre malgré le panneau ne pas déranger, un téléphone défectueux, pas de papier toilette à l’arrivée, très bruyant, un colis livré à notre nom à l’accueil mais l’accueil ne considère pas nécessaire de nous en informé… Vraiment fuyez ! !

Merci pour l’accueil. Nous étions déjà venu mais cette fois ci avec notre bébé de deux mois et notre chien et nous reviendrons :) nous avons meme eu un lit et bol pour notre chien. Vraiment super endroit c’est magnifique.
