お風呂は最高です。露天風呂はすべて、施設に備え付けの湯浴み着を着ての混浴のみとなります。カップルで一緒に入浴が躊躇われる場合はオススメできない宿です。内湯もありますが、それだけではこちらの宿の良さはわからないと思います。

川の流れを聞きながら

自分が行ったのがたまたま雪解け後新緑前の微妙な時期になってしまったのですが、それでも名にし負う露天風呂は渓流間近で圧巻でした。建物内は、本館は昔ながらの建物ですが掃除はされているので快適に過ごせました。むしろ個人的には趣があっていいところに滞在させていただきました。ロビーがある新館はそもそも新しいです。食事はバイキング形式を選びました。バイキングなので一品一品のクオリティには限度がありますがどれも美味しかったです。送迎の時間をもう少し工夫してくれるとよかったかなと思います(送りも迎えも電車の時間と空いてしまうので駅で待つ時間が長い)。次は紅葉や雪の時期に伺いたいです。

お風呂は流石に最高のロケーション。 建物は古いのでそこを楽しむ感じなら風情としてありかと。 接客は普通。海外の観光客さんが多いからですかねー。コミュニケーションの笑顔量とか声の柔らかさとか日本でアッパーな宿を経験している人には人の印象はなかなか残らないでしょう。 食事はバイキングではありますが美味しかったです。 コスパ的に見合ったお宿さんと思います。

食事の質が落ちた

何回か利用していますが、以前は懐石風の料理で、熊汁などもあり、とても楽しみにしていたのですが、今回バイキングに変更されていたので驚きました。海外観光客向けに食事を変更したとのこと。個人的には前の方が良かったです。ただこちらの売りはなんと言っても露天風呂。夜の雪見風呂は安定の満足感です!!

This is my favourite onsen near Tokyo and it is becoming a ritual for me. Staffs are friendly and professional. All the meals they prepare are great. I have been recommending this to all my friends visiting Tokyo.

Great and memorable experience. Excellent getaway from the busy city life. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style but tasted mediocre. Hallway and bathroom had bad smell. Hotel needs slight renovations.

露天風呂を楽しみに行ったのでとても良かったです。紅葉も素晴らしかった。風呂に落ち葉が沢山入ってるのが少々気になりました。背中に刺青の人達が男女５人くらい入ってて少し驚きました。
