The staff were great. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel was very good and recommended. The hotel’s facilities were ok, but very outdated. It must have been an incredible hotel long ago.

The hotel doesn't provide any laundry service or even self-served washing machine although it says it has in Expedia. This is unfair and ruined my plan. The staff cannot speak English at all nevertheless they tried hard. The room looks a bit old but everything is clean. The environment is quiet and there is a river view. The lobby is grand but I don't have anything to do there.

施設は古いが清潔で広いお部屋で気持ちよかった。 空調が壊れていたがその説明が無く、寒かったため空調の調節を試みたが暖まらず、寒くて夜中フロントに電話した。部屋に置かれていたファンヒーターのスイッチを入れて朝方は良く眠れた。連れは、やはりファンヒーターには気付かず朝まで寒さに耐えたらしい。
