The rooms were lovely, each with a small verandah and a canopy bed. The area around the hotel has small shops and restaurants. Delicious breakfast options were included with the room price. I’d recommend this hotel.

Loved it!!!

This place was absolutely lovely, a gorgeous haven in a noisy drab area of town, the room was super comfy and the staff coudln't have been sweeter. By far the best of the 5 hotels I've stayed in this month -- and great value for the price.

Great place/location and great price to stay in Mae Sot. The staff are friendly and tried their best to speak English and communicate with me. The room is clean but the bed is little bit firm. After all, I rated this place 7/10.

Clean/ wonderful.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean. So comfortable. Very spacious. The door & lock is a little old fashioned. Traditional Thai style double door with horizonal bar. But this is a very safe place. Quiet. Nice staff.

This was a lovely place to stay and the family running the resort were delightful and did speak some English, breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. They were nice enough to hold my bags for me during the day after check out in their office. The only downside I found was they don’t have an airport shuttle like the website mentioned.

A high quality stay if in the area

We have stayed in mae sot many times this was our first stay here though had a drink here 10 years ago. Friendly English speaking staff. 8 breakfast choices chosen the night before western and local versions. Rooms and hotel extremely clean and tidy. Shower a little local hot and cold variation. Clean towels and air con. High price locally but value for money for westerners and certainly at the top end of quality in this area. 10/15 mins walk to town and food only 5 mins away.

Super clean, pleasant, poor wifi and location

This small, moderate accommodation has an unusually high standard of cleanliness, huge breakfasts, and fresh new linens. The owners are friendly. The staff is often grouchy. The architecture is a newish Thai style creately a lovely ambience. The intermittent wifi signal was the biggest drawback making it not an option for a traveller who needs to work or connect with home in their room at night. The dining area is noisy, being on the main road, but the rooms are quiet. It is slightly on the edge of town with no convenience stores and few eating choices within walking distance. Good value if in-room internet is not a requirement.

I liked the location and the ambience. As I have a problem with my legs I did not like access to the bed which is very limited. For English speakers the English channels on TV are limited to one.
