The staff at this hotel was incredible. They were so helpful with making taxi reservations and answering my questions about the neighborhood. They were able to understand my broken Thai, and one guy spoke English really well. I was a little disappointed in the room through. The bathroom floor was wet and the toilet cover was off. Which was a problem because the flusher was connected to it. The mattress was pretty comfortable, which is rare in Thailand, but the pillow was kind of hard.
