I stayed here a year ago and i returned to have more time to enjoy the amenities and have a villa with a jacuzzi. I would stay here again. There is nothing to do but stay on the property the entire time. One menu, but extensive. An above average breakfast buffet. Stunning scenery. Photogenic terraced swimming pools 2 freezing. One warm (not hot.). Only negatives were the shower water was intermittently hot and the room a/c doesn't have a heating mode which was needed in the mountains in January. The staff, upon request, brought more blankets and a portable electric heater.

A 5 star resort Hotel

A truly beautiful resort set in stunning surroundings. I spent a weekend here and enjoyed every single moment. The staff were welcoming and professional, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inspiring. The resort offers everything you could wish for—and a little extra. An absolutely wonderful experience.

Although it was beautiful, there are a lot of drawbacks to staying at this hotel. Firstly, it is so isolated from the city that Grab riders refuse to drive you to the hotel from the city. They accept the ride and then tell you they won’t take you there unless you cancel the ride and pay them double the fare. The food at the hotel is not good, especially considering how isolated it is they should have better quality food available since it’s so hard to get to other options. The spa was extortion — they were charging more than triple in comparison to spas in town. Overall, it was pretty challenging to contact them as a foreigner via whatsapp because they often would take days to respond or not respond at all even when asking questions while staying at the hotel. The property itself was gorgeous however, and we really enjoyed the views. I would not recommend coming here as a foreigner but would be a better experience as a local with a car.

The views were picturesque, our videos while on site look like something out of a movie. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, arranging transport to and from as we needed, and on hand while around the hotel. The rooms were spacious, super comfortable beds, large balcony with stunning views. If you visit this part of Thailand, this hotel is a must stay!
