Lam

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Picked the grand room and it was very dirty. Smelled bad and obvious stains all over the floors, walls, couch and windows. Screen in the bathroom had tons of smushed bugs all over it they never bothered to wipe clean. Mold and mildew all over the bathroom fixtures from neglect. Also very very cold at night in the mountains with no in room heating and just a single thin blanket. Checked out after just one night of a 3 night stay because of the terrible conditions and they refused to refund despite the obvious poor conditions
