Cozy and friendly

It wasn’t what I booked with Hotels.com. I booked 1 bed in 2-beds dormitory and got the confirmation from Hotels.com. However when I arrived to hostel I was told my booking is not on property's list of reservations. Miscommunication between hotels.com and Crossroads House. What hostel could offer to me was just a tent. The tent was clean and warm, had light and extension cord for charging all my devices. The stuff is friendly, helpful. The coffee or tea is provided 24x7, you may order a meal and it will be cooked in 15 min.The place in cozy.
