We had an amazing stay at Woohoo Hotel. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and always stocked with fresh towels. The bed and pillows were large and incredibly comfortable, making the room feel like a true luxury suite. The staff was outstanding from the moment we booked until we checked out. They helped us arrange museum visits and day trips, and their customer service was truly exceptional. Plus, the location is perfect just half a block from Gran Vía. We’re really happy with our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean and cozy. Bed is good. Bathroom is very modern. There was no way to control the heating so it was a bit cold and there’s no socket to plug your devices next to the bed. And the walls are super thin. But overall the hotel is super nice and I would definitely return
