The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. Very secure, safe and convenient that we didn’t need to carry around a card. The building itself is a bit old and dusty at the elevator area. We did enjoy our time here and would highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Woohoo Hotel. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and always stocked with fresh towels. The bed and pillows were large and incredibly comfortable, making the room feel like a true luxury suite. The staff was outstanding from the moment we booked until we checked out. They helped us arrange museum visits and day trips, and their customer service was truly exceptional. Plus, the location is perfect just half a block from Gran Vía. We’re really happy with our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very clean and cozy. Bed is good. Bathroom is very modern. There was no way to control the heating so it was a bit cold and there’s no socket to plug your devices next to the bed. And the walls are super thin. But overall the hotel is super nice and I would definitely return

La ubicación es inmejorable, a pasos de la Gran Vía y muy cerca de muchísimos lugares turísticos, restaurantes y tiendas. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid, el lugar es tranquilo y perfecto para descansar. La limpieza fue impecable, realmente sobresaliente. Me encantó también el detalle y la originalidad de nombrar las habitaciones en honor a grandes artistas. Nos tocó la habitación Da Vinci, ¡y nos encantó! El personal fue sumamente atento, amable y servicial. Además, tuvieron detalles preciosos con nosotros: nos regalaron un práctico tote bag para nuestras compras y en la habitación teníamos agua, jugo y café. Son esos pequeños detalles los que hacen que uno se sienta verdaderamente bien recibido. En definitiva, 10 de 10. Excelente ubicación, limpieza impecable, tranquilidad y un servicio maravilloso. Gracias a todo el equipo de Woohoo Rooms por hacer nuestra visita a Madrid tan especial. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos totalmente. ❤️🇪🇸
