The location was great. The balcony premium studio was very clean, very "fresh" and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pullout couch in the living area, but it looked comfortable and could fit an adult or 2 small kids. The full bed was comfortable. The check-in is at 4pm, and just to note, there really is nowhere for you to leave your luggage if you come in earlier, like at other hotels. I flew in from NY and arrived at 9am, so it was challenging, but the management was great as I messaged them to ask for early check-in and they were accommodating in getting my studio cleaned first. So if you are arriving in Madrid earlier I suggest contacting management. Communication with them was efficient, and they gave very clear instructions. Would stay here again.

Location was very accessible to the metro . Area was super quiet and an excellent cafe right downstairs . Room was nice and was enough since it was a quick stay. Communication with staff was easy and their response was immediate. .
