The personel at Hotel Vincci Soma is very friendly and efficient. If is is within their ability they ALWAYS do what is requested of them. As for the Hotel amenities, the sauna is what helps me get over my jet lag instantaneously after my session. HOTEL VINCCI SOMA is where I always stay in Madrid for those reasons.

I'd stay again and again

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, and it has only improved with age. The staff is terrific—helpful and kind. The amenities are great. They serve an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, with great restaurants, shopping steps away, and an easy commute to local attractions.
