This hotel was amazing, wish we were staying longer. We started our trip with lost luggage and all the extra amenities in our room helped us get through until our luggage arrived. Staff was amazing in every capacity, from front desk to valets to breakfast staff to pool/restaurant staff to cleaning. Everyone was so kind and helpful, we would recommend to anyone planning to visit Location was perfect for walking or catching the metro easily to many sights. Shopping along Grand Via was a treat! Also, near many great restaurants.

The rooftop bar was excellent with wonderful views. The breakfast was probably one of the better European breakfasts i have had. The staff were accommodating to our needs in terms of organising trips. Would stay again. It was a really great hotel.

Gorgeous property and excellent service. The bed was extremely firm and every small movement is felt by your partner. Also annoying are the lights from electronic devices. The thermostat panel is extremely bright and the lights from the data services blink rapidly and brightly.

One of the most attentive and gracious staff I have ever had the pleasure to encounter. Irene was especially helpful. Perfect loctaion with beautiful views and willing to help with any request small or large. Highly recommend!
