This property was perfect in every way! The staff was so kind and helpful, our room and the view was well worth the money, because the location was prime for our first trip to Madrid the hotel was a 5-star for sure. I used the spa and steam this morning, wonderful. We ate on the rooftop restaurant 3 of the 6 nights, because of the view, food and convenience. The pool was a daily siesta. I would highly recommend. Absolutely wonderful – we will definitely be back! We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were impressed from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, and the service was truly outstanding. Our room was beautiful, with an absolutely incredible view. Everything was perfect and no wishes were left unfulfilled. We felt comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The restaurant was fantastic in the evening, and breakfast was equally wonderful, with a great selection and delicious food. All in all, a truly unforgettable stay.
