Hotel Urban is a fantastic hotel! Walking distance to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and the Prado Museum. Upscale, chic & clean. Most importantly the staff is absolutely amazing, Lydia and Lydia were super friendly and helpful. Sadly I only stayed one night but will be back, in the future.

Excellent hotel

This hotel is amazing! Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Madrid. The building is incredible, the staff was phenomenal. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. Location could not be better and value for money is unmatched.

The property has a great vibe and the decor is modern yet inviting. The bar as you enter the hotel is wonderful and the music and energy will lure you in to enjoy yourself and kick back for a drink or snack of your choice. Our rooms was great, clean spacious and the perfect addition to our long overdue vacation. The dining options were great and the staff was helpful, attentive and great overall. One of my top hotel stays ever!!
