Our stay was pleasant overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The staff was friendly, and both check‑in and check‑out were quick and easy. The location is excellent, very close to the airport. My only concern was the airport shuttle service. When we arrived, we waited for more than an hour, and no shuttle showed up, so we had to take an Uber. For our return, the front desk scheduled us for the 6:10 AM shuttle, but when we came downstairs at 6:05 AM, it had already left. Despite the shuttle inconvenience, I still recommend this hotel. The room quality and overall comfort made our stay enjoyable.

We had an overnight connection, so this was a convenient stay. We had to take a taxi from the airport as there was not shuttle. Arrived at 11pm to a LONG check-in line and only 2 agents! Other than that, everything else was good: clean, spacious room; decent breakfast; the shuttle back to the airport was on time and complimentary 👍 Our shuttle was at 12:30pm, which was perfect for our 1:00pm flight check-in.

The check in process was needlessly long. The hallway to the room smelled bad. Never did find the restaurant, so settled for a sandwich out of the vending machine. The only bright spot was the airport shuttle. It was great.

They wouldn’t let anyone check in until 4pm even if some of the rooms were already cleaned. Around 100 people sitting around the property just waiting to check in. I booked this hotel because it had a pool and we planned on relaxing by the pool until room was ready. The pool wasn’t open and pool area didn’t look anything like the pictures. Stood in line for 1 hour 35 minutes to check into room (still probably 40 people behind me). Very inefficient. The room itself was clean and big. Would never stay there again.

Room was large and comfortable. Hotel is outdated, AC control and efficiency are horrible. No ice makers anywhere. Shower is super slippery. Transportation from airport to hotel is horrible. Such large hotel and transport only fits 8. It’s definitely not a Meliá type of hotel. Would not stay again.

This is a comfortable hotel. The breakfast is delicious. There should be more airport shuttle availability between 8:00 and 11:00. On two occasions I wasn’t able to get a ride and ended up having to pay for a taxi.
