Friendly, helpful staff and an excellent welcoming atmosphere. Facilities were excellent and the two restaurants gave great food for very good value. Location is fantastic; close to metro stations, the Palace, walkable to main shopping areas and sights. I would stay here again and would look out for other Social Hub Hotels in other cities. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for families with teenagers.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centric which allows you to save on transport. There are many restaurants around. There is a beautiful open area that guest can sit to read or work.

Beautiful palace view from the room, lovely and clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Well located for exploring Madrid. Only complaint is that there didn’t appear to be an extractor fan in the bathroom so the mirror became very steamy and covered in condensation - a fan or heated mirror would be useful
