We stayed at the INNSide Meliá for 5 days and the children loved it. It is a great location so there are lots of shops and restaurants around. If you need to get about, taxis are not a problem. All staff were friendly and there is a good choice of breakfast. Room service is available but choice is rather limited. Everything was clean and tidy; we loved the app for services within the hotel. The only thing missing was some English breakfast tea so take some teabags.

I was given a room facing an air shaft! Completely dark. The toom Itself was fine enough but the window was useless. Also be aware you have to cast your own streaming apps onto the TV. There are no channels you can get, so also useless. Basically no staff. The best thing was the location

The location was just excellent, walking distance (2-3 mins) to all types of restaurants, shops, and even farmacias. I got food poisoning from eating local foods but hotel staff sent me a doctor to my bedroom and I was able to get treated and be back in my two feet in 2 days. Thank you to the excellent staffs. The hotel also has a lobby where you can wait, have a drink and or get some work done. The room refreshments in the fridge are complimentary with refills everyday to my surprise. It is a great gesture on the hotel, which my family really appreciated. On the rooftop, they have a beautiful restaurant bar with great views. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there even though I got sick. I love the Spanish culture and the hospitality that 99% of the local people show here. Thank you Innside Madrid Gran Via for taking care of us!
