Really enjoyed the stay and thought it was in a very good location. Did not realise that there was a nightclub under the apartment blocks so it was noisy in the evenings until early hours of the morning. We had an issue with the hot water as well.

A convenient location, close to metro and a small Carrefour express. Nice welcome pack with coffee pods, drinking water and crisps. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was excellent value for money.

We had a great stay at Libere and would definitely recommend it. We went for only one night for a concert and were able to walk back to the hotel. The service was great and communication was exellent.

The hotel and room where lovely and clean. The only issue we had was there was an outage that caused the air cons to stop working, however, the hotel were really responsive regarding the situation and brought fans up. There are 3 metros within walking distance, loads if food stores and restaurants/bars. Would definitely return.

Horrible Management. Greedy service. New in business. Unprofessional. Booked a big room as shown on Expedia for 8 nights they gave me a tiny small room the bed didn’t fit me and my son and the AC wasn’t working, loud and noisy night club across the street. Second night they locked me out of my room without taking my permission or informing me, moved me to another smaller room supposedly claiming the AC was working the room was freezing cold and the AC doesn’t turn off. Contacted them, till after midnight for someone to come and turn the main electrical switch off. Third night I come back to my room to find it smelly sewage with water all over the floor and on top of my luggage and inside my luggage, the ceiling dripping the AC dripping all over. They ruined my medication and a lot of my clothes. A maintenance guy came and saw everything and took pictures. I immediately left the hotel. I slept somewhere else. Guess what?! They didn’t care. They didn’t refund me my money!!! Customer service doesn’t exist. DO NOT BOOK AT IT!
