Loved the location , the room, it had everything we needed. To be more transparent with your guests you should state somewhere in the initial room details, that there is no room cleaning service for reservation under 7 days. This came as a surprise to us, as no one came in for daily cleaning, garbage pickup. Until we asked and found out our 5 night stay didn’t qualify. We asked or a broom, extra garbage bags, and toilet paper, and it was delivered promptly to our room. Again, very nice location, room design and room amenities.

Amazing property! Clean, modern and lots of room. The customer service was excellent and always answered within minutes. Having the lockers for our luggage was a life saver and we locked them ourselves with our own codes.. The area around the place is great, with many restaurants and close to subways and busses. We felt very safe especially with code only entry. A must stay if you're in Madrid.

Really enjoyed the stay and thought it was in a very good location. Did not realise that there was a nightclub under the apartment blocks so it was noisy in the evenings until early hours of the morning. We had an issue with the hot water as well.

This is a well organized, dependable and responsive property. We were able to store our luggage in easy to access and secure lockers. The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. Recommend the area - tons of legite Spanish food and drinks in area - best in Madrid. Close to two metro lines giving lots of easy access to the city

The hotel and room where lovely and clean. The only issue we had was there was an outage that caused the air cons to stop working, however, the hotel were really responsive regarding the situation and brought fans up. There are 3 metros within walking distance, loads if food stores and restaurants/bars. Would definitely return.

Well-located, clean, new feeling room. We had a murphy bed which at first I was unsure about, but it worked well. Kitchen supplies were enough for basic cooking. The hotel is not staffed but staff were super responsive on WhatsApp. The parking is a few blocks away so note that if you have a lot of luggage.

The room was extremely and immaculately clean. Not a stain or hair. I was very impressed. The two issues I did have are that the electronic check-in was last minute and cumbersome. I had my whole family exhausted with after travel, and I was in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in. Also, ther is a very bright green emergency light mounted above the bedroom door. It lit up the room all night and I did not sleep well because it was so bright.
