We were so pleasantly surprised. Wasn’t sure what to expect but the service was incredible, 24 hour front desk, lean rooms, locally staff, amazing location with walking distance to Sol and Gran Via. Nothing bad to say. Such a lovely little establishment!

Great staff, best hotel experience in Spain for me so far. We had the suite in the top floor, getting up to it is a trek up narrow stairs. But it's worth it. A large L shaped balance with chairs with beautiful views. Suite is clean and large, bed is comfortable, looks all new and renovated. Staffed 24 hrs a day for security and convenience.
