It’s an excellent option if you’re visiting Madrid! The hotel is really well located in the center, 2-3 minute walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro station, it is a very busy area and yet there’s no noise inside the rooms. Staff is super kind and helpful! I would stay here again.

It's near everything! You can walk all the important sites from this place. Good size except for the shower, I'm a small size and it was hard to get in the shower.

Great location in the centre of the city. Really easy to get around from this location. Everything is great. The kitchen is not fully equipped. We missed a breadknife, tablecloth and a cuttingboard.

Very central location, we stayed two nights and hope we can stay longer. Most of the sightseeing are within 10 minutes walk, lot of cafes and restaurants, facing to a very busy street but quite after you close the window and door. Noticed that some previous customers having hot water issue, but not at all for my stay in apartment #31. Staff in the nearby office were very helpful and kind.

The place is in the central of Madrid, restaurants, shop, attraction, you can easily reach there within walking distance, The property is clean and easy to find, they give you app to get in and out of the apartment. During our stay, AC is not cool, we wake up several time in the nights.

Great service by the Zinc team. The care given was appreciated. The apartment was very clean- only reason I gave 4 stars was an ancillary item wasn't clean which could easily be missed. (Spare blanket) I would recommend staying with Zinc.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 6 people. The apartment was very tired. The curtains were stained. The flooring dirty and damaged in places. The air conditioning did not work. This was reported but never fixed during our stay. The apartment was advertised as having free toiletries. There was only a dispenser in the shower which was broken. Our check-in was delayed by over an hour due to a cleaning incident. The apartment location is perfect. Right in the heart of Madrid, very close to Puerto del Sol. Shops, restaurants and bars all close by. Check-in and luggage store is away from the property but not a massive issue. Was good to be able to leave luggage before late departure. All keys are digital so ensure all party members upload the app prior to arrival. There is a lift which visits floors 1,2 and 5. It is very small. This is definitely a budget stay apartment in an old building so please consider this when booking.

Excellent cental location. Apartment spartan but clean and functional. Could do with a spatula and a few more dishes/cooking utensils. Should have clearer explanation of how to get into building and apt.

Great location, the apartment is in the middle of the main tourist area but you could not hear any noise when the window was closed. My only complaint is that both bed mattresses are old and sink in too far when sleeping causing back and hip pain for both my husband and I and we are only young, they really need to be replaced.

The location is absolutly awesome, right in the center, close to shops, restaurants, subway and Sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need, is tidy, but the shower is draining very slowly.

Convenient location in the centre of the city. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. It was useful to be able to deposit our luggage in the nearby office on our day of departure. Good value for central Madrid.

The place is excellent, very strategic location, all in good conditions, only problem is everything is digitalized and my phone service provider was not available in Spain (Madrid area), customer service was helpful and guide me to solve the issue
