I loved the rooftop pool, the staff did not seem like they allow any early check ins at all they made us wait til the last minute but they did have a luggage storage area. The rooms are very cool and its in a great location.

My stay at roommate Macarena was great! The hotel is perfectly situated close to the main attractions and room was clean and spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable too. The only thing is that the bathroom didn’t offer very much privacy but they were nice clean bathrooms. The staff was also super helpful and helped us booking a day trip to Segovia which we had a lot of fun. The breakfast buffet also had a great selection of food for a good price. They also have a cool rooftop and nice drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would stay here again. Muchas gracias!

The hotel was fine for the amount of days we stayed. The only issue was the AC was controlled under a system that forced us to keep the window open which made it hard to sleep at night due to how much noise there was in Gran via. Overall the rooftop and staff was very friendly.
