In few words this place is amazing. Excellent location, spectacular service and very close to the best places to eat in Madrid and the most iconic historic and architecture places in Madrid. Just be aware that the parking is limited..If you are planning to go please call them before to reserve a parking spot.

Everything at Blu was great... would be nice if there was an onsite gym, but small city properties, it is difficult... Staff were great and breakfast buffet was absolutely lovely. North American Hotels could learn alot... would recommend to anyone...

The hotel is small & quaint. It has a good location & easy to catch taxis 1 block away. Staff was warm & welcoming. Room is small, carpeted & dark. It has a balcony which was nice. Breakfast was excellent with made to order coffees & eggs any style. Air conditioning was weak in the winter. I can only imagine in the summer. Quite area at night which is essential for sleeping. Overall, satisfactory stay.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. Junior suite was phenomenal and comfortable. It took about ten minutes or more of running water to heat the shower or bath. I noticed the glass wall to my bathroom was cracked and there was a significant stain on the carpet, which looked like blood.
