Room is clean and bunker beds are very helpful for people with children. The hotel's location is great and next to the Gran Via. Because of this, we can come back and forth between city walk mode and rest mode in hotel. Hotel's front door is secured by room key card is also very helpful especially in this very busy area.

My husband and I stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon and we had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and stored our luggage for us when we arrived prior to check in time so we could explore the city. The hotel is conveniently located right in Gran Vía with fantastic access to shopping and the Metro. Our only complaints would be that the room was a little small with the two of us and our luggage and the bathroom door was not a traditional door/it didn’t latch and just swung back and forth so there wasn’t a ton of privacy. But overall very clean, well air conditioned, great staff, and fantastic location. Great value for the price, would definitely stay again!
