Nice clean hotel & room. Staff we're very helpful and always cheery. Hotel location is perfect - just across the road from El Retiro Park which has wonderful open spaces, fountains, boating lake, cafes. 20mins walk to botanical gardens, Prada museum and train station.

Excellent location. Close to retiro and metro. Good character and charm but some items in the room like ceiling tiles and shower head were busted. Wrap around patio looks nice but nowhere to sit and trees block any view except of the street below. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a decent stay but the cost I wouldn’t think is proportional to value.

I loved this hotel—it’s very close to El Retiro Park and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Madrid. It’s also conveniently located near Atocha Station, which makes getting around very easy. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful with all of our requests, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Madrid.
