The hotel and staff are lovely and in a nice quiet area of Madrid, but booking a suite you would expect to have a view that is not a strange internal hole going to the top floor. With this in mind we wouldn’t book again.

It’s was lovely I was there for a concert and needed a room for one person. The single occupancy room is a great size. Staff were lovely and I was able to have late checkout for an hour. All in all Great location super close to the metro and the stadium was only two stops away.

Very convenient location. Nice restaurant Green Tea has great carta del dia option. Cleaning of the rooms is unsatisfactory. Floors were not cleaned until we complained. Would be nice to have tea kettle in the room by default.

The smell in the room and bathroom was horrible and always returned after closing the windows. The windows could not be locked from the inside. The safe did not work. Breakfast and personal were good. Two metro stations are near and many things can be explored by foot.

Clean and practical

All good but as a couple only one mirror in the bathroom was not enough. There should be another one in the bedroom, Secondly one one extra electrical point on one side of the bed for charging phone and the other one we used for the kettle. Another charging point would be good plus better lighting ! Could not see much in the bedroom with the sidelights . Otherwise very clean and practical.

Three female adults traveling - we spent 2 nights here. We booked for 3 adults and were given a family room which was two separate suites, each w a bathroom. It was nice to give us some privacy. The rooms themselves were OK, not huge. The beds were the biggest we got the whole trip in Spain - a queen and a King which was great. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows. The view was nice. Having adjoined rooms was nice. Bathrooms were good. Towels decent and big enough. Had a mini fridge (with stuff for purchase) but we just moved that aside and used to keep water cold. Clean. Minuses are no luggage racks so used the desk and the floor. AC was weak. And breakfast was too expensive for what we needed ($19) so we just went out. Also the tiniest elevator we have ever seen! Could fit 3 adults only w/o luggage. We had to split up to use it - lol - but seriously not really a problem. Another negative is that it was too far to walk to many areas I wanted to see. Taxi was much faster than subway so that’s what we used. We found some nice places for eating walking distance tho. Had a nice time in Madrid.
