The property is located in a quiet and safe area. The area is surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and supermarkets. We loved the bed, the mattress is sooo comfortable.

Breakfast was very good. I am glad we followed the concierge’s advice. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. Very comfortable and near Santiago Bernabeu.

Perfect for Real Madrid-matches

Perfect hotel for going to match on Bernabeu, just a short walk. The room was a little bit small, in my opinion, for two persons, but work out. A lots of restaurants in the area with all sorts of food.

Great location when visiting Santiago Bernabau. Friendly staff and variety of breakfast. The rooms are clean but needs to be upgraded. Old and less fresh.

Just make sure what room you choose because they have new renovated rooms and old traditional rooms. Plus the don’t show the size of the rooms but they are quite small, other than that nice staff, good location! Close to the Santiago bernabéu stadium.

The staff was kind and courteous. However, during my stay, construction work began in the shower room of my room, and I mistakenly thought that a gang of robbers had entered. It is problematic to rent out rooms that have scheduled construction work.

The customer service at the reception is almost non-existent, and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets and towels are not changed, and when they are changed, they are torn towels. The breakfast buffet and bar were the only places we felt comfortable. Both the bartender and the girls in the cafeteria are very friendly and attentive to customers.

Excellent!

Check in was super easy. Beatrice was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available. She did and moved me later on. The staff there is always so friendly, welcoming and tries their best to assist you. They make the hotel a 5 star stay.
