Little gem in Madrid

It’s a pretty basic hotel , but it’s very nice , modern , Camila at the front desk, was the most helpful and nice , also the lady from house keeping, Binni, so very nice too, I would stay there again , location is perfect , very close to el retiro and atocha station

Great location and convenient to Metro stations

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. The room was spacious and clean.

They do not have a restaurant nor do they have room service. The facility is tiny beyond comprehension for we were charged 285 euros for a room the size of a closet and no room service.

Best for train travellers

Very convenient for Atocha station despite roadworks. Arriving by car is hazardous as there is no loading bay and the hotel is on a main road by 2 bus stops. Staff very helpful. Room was very small with little space for luggage. TV reception poor. Only one small lift. Good breakfast.

Great location

The hotel has a great location to move among cities but there were no air conditioning because of the weather and it was an inconvenience since I had to open the window and mosquitos entered into the room.
